Mr. Winston Barrett

Founder and CEO

Prior to starting Corporate Interiors International, Mr. Barrett served for 17 Years as a Sales Executive with Island Life Insurance Company, where he consistently achieved set goals as a member of the President’s Million Dollar Round Table. He honed his excellent service culture during his subsequent years in Sales in the hospitality sector.

Mr. Barrett is an alumnus of the University of Technology, where he studied Marketing. He has also completed various professional courses in Business and Management. He is a Justice of the Peace (JP) and the Founding President of the Optimist Club of Kingston.

Through an impressive roster of business partners, affiliates and an in-house team of architects, interior designers, technicians, and procurement specialists, Mr. Barrett leads a Team that has completed several of Jamaica’s large interior construction and design projects. Corporate Interiors International is ideally positioned to assist your Project Team to implement a seamless interior construction, furniture delivery and installation programme.

Mr. Gavern Tate​

Project Manager (PMP)​

Mr. Gavern Tate is a Registered Architect (RA) & Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is the Managing Director of GDT Designs, an Architectural and Project Management Firm.

GDT offers and provides a comprehensive range of quality architectural, project management, resource management, and general construction development services to a wide clientele located within Jamaica and throughout the Diaspora regionally and internationally.

GDT Designs is an affiliate of Corporate Interiors International (CII) and works jointly with CII on interior design and construction projects to ensure that the essence of our customers’ needs are met, whether it be in furniture procurement, design and styling or in the branding of the interior layout and decor.

As the Director of Estate Management and Business Development for the Jamaica National Heritage Trust (JNHT) (2004-2012) Mr. Tate managed a USD multi-million-dollar budget and a 50-member team to execute major restoration and rehabilitation projects undertaken by the JNHT.

Ms. Ashlie Barrett

Director of Sales & Marketing

Ms. Ashlie Barrett is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Corporate Interiors International, leveraging her expertise in marketing management and passion for design to drive business growth.

With a keen eye for detail and a flair for innovative solutions, she leads the company’s strategic direction, fostering collaborations and pushing boundaries in commercial interior design.

A Miss Jamaica World 2016 alumna, Ashlie blends elegance with strategic insight, empowering teams and transforming spaces.

Ms. Carmen Richards

Business Development & Office Manager

Ms. Carmen Richards, Dip., Publishing & Comm. (Berlin, Germany); B.A. (Hons) Media & Communication (UWI); Dip. Teaching (Mico); is a Communication Specialist, Educator and Trainer.

An entrepreneurial creative, Ms Richards has been a public relations practitioner; teacher; journalist; editor; and custom publisher. Ms Richards is a member of the Team at Corporate Interiors International where she has responsibility for Business Development and Office Management.

She assists with the development of the company’s Business and Marketing Communications campaigns and collateral products, as well as the company’s response proposals to both public and private sector Tenders.

Ms. Shu-Auntae Bandoo

Junior Architect​

Shu-Auntae Bandoo is a Junior Architect at Corporate Interiors International, where she supports daily operations whilst contributing to design and construction projects. She is completing her bachelor’s degree in architectural studies at the University of Technology, Jamaica, as she continues to focus on understanding, designing, managing, and improving the built environment.

As a Junior Architect, Ms. Bandoo is a valuable member of our in-house team, which includes architects, space planners, interior designers, procurement specialists, and affiliates. She brings versatility, creativity, and a detail-oriented mindset to every task. She is passionate about thoughtful design and is eager to continue growing in the field of architecture.

Ms. Taylor-Paige Moore

Administrative Assistant & Junior Architect

Taylor-Paige Moore is an Administrative Assistant at Corporate Interior International and a student of architecture.

With a strong eye for detail and a practical, hands-on approach to design, she specializes in conducting measured surveys, developing interior layouts, producing architectural renders and drawings, and handling accurate data entry to support project workflows.

She is a final year student at the Caribbean School of Architecture at the University of Technology, Jamaica and aims to blend her academic training with real world experiences, bringing both creativity and precision to every project.

Mr. Kemar Thompson

Team Member

Kemar Thompson is a dedicated and dependable professional

with hands-on experience in warehouse management, delivery

services, and furniture assembly. Known for his strong work ethic

and attention to detail, Kemar takes pride in ensuring operations

run smoothly—from organizing inventory and managing

shipments to delivering products safely and assembling furniture

with precision. He is hardworking, reliable, and always willing to

lend a helping hand to both colleagues and customers. Kemar’s

positive attitude and commitment to quality make him a valuable

asset to any team.

Mr. Brian Davis

Team Member

Brian Davis is a versatile and highly skilled professional,

bringing extensive experience across plumbing, electrical work,

carpentry, painting, and project management. A true jack of all

trades, he combines technical expertise with practical

problem-solving to deliver projects efficiently and to a high

standard. Brian takes pride in his craftsmanship, attention to

detail, and ability to manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring

client satisfaction every step of the way. His reliability, broad

skill set, and commitment to quality make him a trusted partner

for any project.

Mr. Jamie Hawthorne

Team Member

Jamie Hawthorne is an experienced professional in warehouse

and inventory management, known for keeping operations

organized and running efficiently. With a strong attention to

detail and a proactive approach, Jamie ensures accurate stock

control and smooth day-to-day workflow. Always ready to assist,

he also brings hands-on expertise in furniture assembly,

completing tasks with care and precision. Reliable and

team-oriented, Jamie is committed to supporting both colleagues

and customers to maintain high operational standards.

Mr. Charles “Busta” Johnson

Team Member

Charles “Busta” Johnson has been a dedicated and valued

member of the team for many years, bringing a wealth of

industry knowledge and experience. He generously shares his

expertise with colleagues, helping to strengthen the team and

maintain high standards across operations. Charles plays a vital

role in inventory management and organization, ensuring systems

remain efficient, accurate, and well-structured. His commitment,

reliability, and leadership make him an integral part of the

organization’s continued success.
