Cancellation Policy

At Corporate Interiors International, we understand plans change. 

– Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 3 working days of placement, with full refund of deposit.

– Cancellation Fees: Cancellations after 3 days may incur a 10% fee of total order value.

– Production: If production has started, we’ll work with you to minimize costs.

– Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 4-7 days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees.
